Both designers will talk about their working practice and how they approach the process of designing urban gardens, sharing their inspirations and design principles and explain how to move through from the concept into garden planning. The afternoon will be a workshop format where participants will be asked to bring something that inspires them: anything like a poem, a word, the work o f another designer, or a favourite painting, and then using this inspiration to work on a garden design project. A day aimed at keen amateurs, new designers, and students.
