Pilates is about everyday, functional movement focusing on posture, alignment, balance, joint stability, flexibility and strength. It also focuses on the core to help strengthen the spine. Pilates is for EVERYONE – the super fit or those far from it! It consists of a variety of subtle but effective, standing and mat based exercises, with adaptations to suit age and ability.
Just come along whenever you like, but please let me know in advance as numbers are limited… meaning lots of individual support if you need it.

You can buy a block of 6 classes for £8 each which are valid for 10 weeks so you don’t have to come every week.
