Experience the wellbeing practice.
These gentle, guided sessions invite you to flow and explore the garden in a slower, more mindful way. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku – “bathing in the forest atmosphere,” – you’ll be guided through simple sensory invitations to help you notice the sights, sounds, textures and scents around you.
Spending time in nature this way, along with some mindful breathing exercises, has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, boost immunity and improve overall wellbeing.
Whether you’re curious to try forest bathing or simply seeking space for quiet reflection in nature, these sessions offer a perfect starting point.
