Experience a natural approach to wellbeing.
These gentle, guided sessions invite you to explore the garden at a slower, more mindful pace. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “bathing in the forest atmosphere”, you’ll be guided through simple sensory invitations that help you notice the sights, sounds, textures, and scents around you.
Drawing on the ethos and techniques of forest bathing and nature immersion, this experience supports you in quietening the mind, becoming more present, and bringing more calm and relaxation into your day. Alongside mindful breathing practices, spending time in nature in this way has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve sleep, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re curious about forest bathing or simply seeking space for quiet reflection in nature, this session offers an accessible and restorative starting point. You’ll also leave with practical tips to continue the practice in your own garden.
