Create a beautiful Character of the Green Man or Lady of the woods using clay. Discover the folklore myths and origins of how this is connected to nature and the changing seasons.
I will be running two separate workshops; the first workshop will run for 3 hours, and you will be shown how to bring the clay to life by sculpting a face and surrounding it with beautiful leaves by impressing foliage into the clay.
The workshop is relaxed and informal and suitable for all abilities.

Workshop fee is £40 with all materials supplied including a kiln firing.
A second workshop is scheduled for the end of September beginning of October (date to be confirmed) and can be booked (optional) to add glazes to bring colour and vibrancy to your piece and make it suitable for hanging outside.
